  JOSH•COLLAZO
Josh Collazo is a Los Angeles based drummer who specializes in playing 1930's/40's jazz and swing with various groups across the nation. In addition to drumming, Josh writes and arranges original jazz compositions for his own group - Josh Collazo's Jazzboree - as well as his previous group, Candy Jacket Jazz Band. 

Outside of his jazz drumming career, Josh has also been a member of Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros since 2007. The group accepted their first Grammy in 2013 for the long-form video documentary, Big Easy Express. ESMZ's 2009 hit single, "Home", is certified platinum, selling over 1 million copies, with albums, "Up From Below" and "Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros Self-titled" being certified gold.

You can also hear his original compositions in the Eddie Murphy film, Mr. Church, as well as the short film, Three Women, directed by Alex Beh. Josh has also provided the drums for Disney Junior's Muppet Babies.

In addition to touring around the world extensively over the last 20+ years, he has also performed on the Late Show with David Letterman, Conan, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Yo Gabba Gabba, The Bachelor, and Austin City Limits.
